SMS Messaging & Consent

Clearview offers optional SMS communications to coordinate scheduling and follow-ups with prospective and current clients. The following terms apply to all SMS messages sent by Clearview Business Advisors:

Program purpose: Account- and conversation-related messages tied to a consultation you have requested, such as appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and document reminders.
Opt-in: You must explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form or by providing written consent. SMS consent is never a condition of receiving any service from Clearview.
Message frequency: Recurring. Typically up to 4 messages per month per active inquiry; frequency may vary based on your conversation with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help: Reply HELP at any time, email info@clearviewbusinessadv.com, or call (877) 807-3005 for support.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from the program. To re-enroll, submit a new consultation request.
Supported carriers: All major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and Sprint. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected as part of SMS consent (including your phone number and consent record) will not be shared with any third party for any purpose other than providing the service you requested. The only categories of personnel who may access this information are Clearview employees and the messaging service provider strictly needed to deliver the message to your handset.

Other Information Sharing

We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf (such as our website host and email provider) under written confidentiality terms, or when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Data Retention & Security

We retain inquiry and client information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above and to meet our recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls on our internal systems. No system is perfectly secure, however, and you provide information at your own risk.
